These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jlevo online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating a jlevo account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted to register and use jlevo. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active jlevo account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jlevo are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. jlevo reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlevo login credentials. jlevo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to jlevo support immediately.
All transactions on jlevo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. jlevo does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card deposits.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or any equivalent button on the Platform, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with jlevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players and visitors who browse the Platform without registering.
2.3 jlevo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jlevo Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlevo strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all associated balances forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jlevo makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) employees of jlevo or its affiliates; (b) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) persons who have been permanently banned by jlevo for violations of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.1 To access the gaming features of the Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
4.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlevo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4 .4 jlevo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this Section 4.
5.1 jlevo is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
5.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID card); (b) proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); (c) proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
5.3 jlevo reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
5.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with jlevo's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
6.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlevo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jlevo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. jlevo does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. jlevo does not accept credit card deposits for gaming accounts, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jlevo reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds without prior notice.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond jlevo's control.
6.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jlevo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.6 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. jlevo is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
7.1 jlevo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. jlevo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if jlevo reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jlevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account, except where jlevo determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.
7.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
8.1 All games available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
8.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jlevo reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's Account. jlevo's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 Disconnection. jlevo is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other technical issues on the Player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the Platform will attempt to complete the round according to the game's auto-completion rules.
8.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jlevo reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Player's Account at its discretion.
8.5 Game Fairness. All games on the Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 jlevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such Account. jlevo may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.
10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of jlevo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 The jlevo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jlevo. You may not use any jlevo trademark without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jlevo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jlevo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlevo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jlevo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. jlevo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
12.2 jlevo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage persons to access the Platform.
12.3 If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek support from appropriate resources.

13.1 jlevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) jlevo suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) jlevo is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) jlevo suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) a Player requests self-exclusion.
13.2 Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms, jlevo reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account.
13.3 Upon Account closure for reasons not attributable to a Player's breach (e.g., voluntary closure), jlevo will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
13.4 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jlevo support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jlevo's customer support team for informal resolution. jlevo will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent jlevo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 jlevo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlevo will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform at jlevo.org/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
